Mississippi visit
Fred and I want to thank Jaimie, of The New Covenant Ranch, for the invitation to their 4th of July Independence Day celebration. 
We took Pie, Haggatha, and Taffy to the party.
We spent the day (or at least 7 hours of it) giving pony rides on Taffy. Taffy was such a trooper. All three horses did their job as ambassadors for their species, not just their breed. 
Most of our new friends had never been on a horse before. 
Many of the children took a second ride and quite a few I think would have taken third and fourths if we had had the time. 
It was a great opportunity to ride a horse and get used to how they move, while concentrating on staying on, without having to try to control the horse too.
It was as rewarding for us as it was fun and exciting for them.

Everyone had a good day, though many didn't get to ride as much as we all would have liked.
